Domestic (USA) Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Venice office, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide international shipping by USPS Air Mail. Orders are charged a variable shipping charge per shipment. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of up to several weeks. In-transit tracking is not provided for your package; we can only confirm delivery.

Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price we charge, and are billed by your country's customs. We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Domestic Returns

Sorry it didnt work out! We accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. 

International Returns

We accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. 

We will refund you the cost of your items in full if we receive your return within our return policy window. However, outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Reformation. You may be able to recover these funds by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

FAQ

What if I want to exchange my stuff?

We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Can I return Final Sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return. We can donate it for you, or you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.

What if my return is late?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online credit. Any returns postmarked more than 21 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Domestic Returns Process

For our US customers we now include a pre-paid return label with your order to make it super easy for you to send it back. 

For your return, please: 

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
  2. Stick the prepaid label on the box*.
  3. Fill out a reason code and put the packing slip in with your stuff.
  4. Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label.

 We’ll take it from there. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way!

* Please only send returns using our pre¬paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

International Returns Process

At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels to customers outside of the US or cover the cost of return shipping. But we’ll help you process a return, and rush to get you a refund once your stuff gets back to us. You can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.
