Shipping / Returns: International

BAM offers worldwide international shipping by USPS Air Mail. Orders are charged a variable shipping charge per item. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In-transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery. Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price BAM charges, and are billed by your country's customs departm

Returns

We accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Returns Process

At the moment we aren’t able to issue return labels to our lovely customers outside of the US or cover the cost of return shipping, but we’ll help you process a return, and rush to get you a refund once your stuff gets back to us. You can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.

In your return please:

1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
2. Fill out a reason code and put your packing slip in with your stuff.
3. Send us the box using any carrier. Please declare it as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and and keep your tracking number for your records.

 We’ll take it from there. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way!
